The 2-Park 2-Day Park-to-Park + 2-Days Free Promo Ticket Dated entitles one (1) guest admission to BOTH Universal Studios Florida, AND Universal’s Islands of Adventure per day.

Ticket is valid for any four (4) calendar days during a seven (7) consecutive calendar day period which commences on and includes the date selected. The days do not have to be used consecutively.

The ticket will expire in full on the expiration date printed on ticket. Valid for visits through 04/30/25. Unused days shall be forfeited.

E-Ticket Redemption

Skip the ticket line and go straight to the gate. You may display the ticket on your phone or print it out. A valid photo I.D. that matches the name(s) entered is required.

Expiration

This ticket will expire seven (7) days after the visit date selected at purchase. Valid for visits through 04/30/25. Please see details printed on the ticket.

Refund Policy

We’re happy to refund unused tickets prior to 03/31/25. Please note that we are unable to offer refunds on expired tickets, tickets that are no longer being sold on our website, or tickets that you modify the start date of. A 5% restocking fee applies on all refunds.

Modifications

Please contact us to upgrade an unused, unexpired ticket. You may also upload your tickets to the Universal Orlando App and use it to adjust the date you’re visiting, but this will make the ticket non-refundable. If you’ve already begun to use the ticket, please visit Universal Orlando guest services.
