- If a minor is participating in the Dolphin Interaction they must have a person 18 or older participate with them.
Ticket Redemption
Most tickets are sent via email within a few minutes, but please allow up to 24 hours to receive your tickets.
Skip the ticket line and go straight to the park entrance. You may display the ticket on your phone or print it out. A valid photo I.D. that matches the name(s) entered is required.
Expiration
Discovery Cove admission is only valid for the date of the reservation.
Refund Policy
We’re happy to refund unused tickets up to 30 days prior to the reservation date selected at purchase. Please note that we are unable to offer refunds on tickets with a reservation less than 30 days away, expired tickets, tickets that are no longer being sold on our website, or tickets that you modify the reservation date of. A 5% restocking fee applies on all refunds.
